Moto Training: Increase Reaction

This increases my reaction time when needed most to get out of the craziest situations, I cannot tell you how many times this training has saved my life.

The best way to use this is to stand about 15-20 feet from a brick wall, give it a toss against the wall and catch it on its second bounce.

When in close call situations, this comes in clutch and will save your life.

The one listed below is the same one I use.
